Legal Tenders. Legal tenders outstanding, $ 374,221,013. Civil Rights. The National Civil Rights Convention, which adjourned sine die late last night, say, in an address, that they take it for granted that action will be had by Congress, protecting them from inviduious distinctions in the enjoyment of common carriers, hotels, and other public places of convenience and refreshment, and enjoying other civil rights including entrance to public schools, without regard to race. They want a denial of these rights. Pensions. A bill for paying pensioners who are blind, or deprived of the use of both arms, fifty dollars per month, is now before the Committee on Invalid Pensions, and will be favorably reported upon.
